Once you’ve chosen your program, I step in. Two to four weeks to prepare emotionally and to prepare your body: meals, hydration, sleep and calm, attention to any ongoing infection or chronic inflammation, and the general preparation of your mouth and body, so your body can clear and repair more easily at the clinic. Found me once you’re already here? We start where you are.

The clear exit: if after your first session you feel it isn’t for you, tell me within 48 hours of that session, by email or WhatsApp. No further charges. If you paid in full, you get everything back except the value of that session (how it’s worked out is in the Terms). On a payment plan, I refund half of your first payment; the other half covers that session. I don’t call it a guarantee, because it isn’t one: it’s a clear door, open for 48 hours.

America Dental & BLIRM Method

Dental diagnosis and treatment: America Dental only.
OligoScan (two on Whole Way Complete) and hyperbaric sessions (when your dentist recommends them): done at America Dental. Your dentist explains your scan. Fanny builds a support plan around your results (food, supplements, and help for your body to clear heavy metals) and goes over your progress with you.
Daily routines on Whole Way Complete: guided by Fanny. Reviewed and approved by your dentist before you start.
Dental questions, any day of the week: America Dental. Fanny always sends dental questions back to the clinic.
Your information: shared between the two teams only with your written consent, and only to coordinate your care. Nothing from this website goes to the clinic.
Fees: each team charges for its own services. No referral fees. One price for everyone, wherever you find me.

BLIRM Method is an independent wellness coaching practice working in partnership with America Dental. Coaching supports, and never replaces, dental or medical care. It does not diagnose anything and it is not a medical service. Individual experiences vary.

Questions about The Whole Way

Do I need The Whole Way to get my dental treatment?

No. It’s optional. Your dental care at America Dental is the same either way.

How do I start?

Book a free call with me, up to 30 minutes, by video or in person on my clinic day. I listen, recommend one program and send your call summary in writing within 24 hours (routines and next steps, never medical details), with a secure payment link. You decide at your own pace.

Is this medical care?

No. America Dental provides your dental care, and your medical care stays with your own doctor. I provide wellness coaching: routines, habits and support. I don’t diagnose anything, and every dental question goes back to the clinic.

When should I start?

Ideally two to four weeks before you fly. Already in Costa Rica, or already home? We start where you are. In your first session we go over your routines and your dates. Sessions are by video; one of them can be in my office at America Dental in Escazú, at no extra cost, if your stay includes my clinic day (Mondays, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Costa Rica time). It depends on the calendar, so it’s something I offer, not something I can promise.

Can my partner or companion join?

Yes. I work with men and women, and your companion is welcome on the same free call. It doesn’t take anyone’s spot.

How do I reach you during the program?

In your scheduled sessions, on WhatsApp on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and in a live group session every two weeks. Short messages from me reach you at key moments, and your next step always reaches you by email or WhatsApp.

I’m having my dental work somewhere else. Can I still join?

Yes, for Whole Way Essentials and Whole Way Between Stages: they work with any clinic, with or without a trip. Whole Way Complete is only for America Dental patients, because it includes specific services of the clinic.

What if it isn’t for me after the first session?

Tell me within 48 hours of session 1, by email or WhatsApp. No further charges. If you paid in full, you get everything back except the value of that session; on a payment plan, I refund half of your first payment and the other half covers it. The full rule is in the Terms.

Is my information shared with the clinic?

Only what you authorize in writing, and only to coordinate your care. Nothing from this website goes to the clinic. Under Costa Rica’s Law 8968, you can ask either team to see, correct or delete your data.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Every program has a paid-in-full price and a payment plan, and the plan costs slightly more. On a plan, Whop charges each payment automatically on the same day each month; you see every date and amount before you pay, and the plan ends by itself. It isn’t a subscription and nothing renews. Card, PayPal or Apple Pay; from Costa Rica, SINPE Móvil. The link comes in your call summary.
