The BLIRM Method
What actually happens in 4 months of BLIRM
Sessions, WhatsApp, plans and pace: a realistic look at the four months, including what BLIRM can promise and what it can’t.

“Four months” can sound like a lot, or like nothing at all. So here is a plain, realistic look at what the time with me actually includes, and what it doesn’t.
Month by month
- Month 1 — Foundation. The groundwork every later stage depends on: steadier eating, fewer heavy inputs, and better digestion and sleep. Nothing drastic.
- Month 2 — Clearing. More targeted support for reducing your body’s accumulated burden: gut imbalance, inflammatory load and toxic burden, one step at a time.
- Month 3 — Regulation. The focus shifts to your nervous system: out of constant stress and into genuine rest.
- Month 4 — Strengthen. We consolidate the first three months and build the base for staying well beyond the program.
What a normal week looks like
In session weeks, we meet privately by video, and within 12 to 24 hours your updated plan reaches you by email. Every Tuesday and Thursday you can write to me on WhatsApp with questions, doubts or small wins. Every two weeks there’s a live group session, if you’d like company. And every day, you give about an hour to the habits we chose together.
The week in between has no private session, but you’re not alone. That’s what WhatsApp and the group are for.
It isn’t a new protocol. It’s a clear order of steps, and a person beside you while you take them.
What BLIRM can promise, and what it can’t
I can promise: a clear plan in the right order, eight private sessions, my time on WhatsApp twice a week, a plan that’s adjusted every month, and honesty. If BLIRM isn’t right for you, I’ll tell you.
I can’t promise health results, and I won’t. I don’t diagnose, prescribe or ask you to change a treatment. Your doctor handles that. I help with the daily part only you can do.
How much time it asks of you
About 5 to 8 hours a week, including our sessions, and the most in month 2, Clearing. Some weeks will be easier than others, and that’s expected: the plan adapts to your real life, not an ideal one.
What it costs
The 4-Month Program is $1,650 paid in full · or 4 × $450 ($1,800 total). It’s published in full on the program page before you ever talk to me. No surprises on the call.
This article is educational and isn’t medical advice. BLIRM is a health coaching program and doesn’t replace care from your doctor.
Free talk
Is it the right time?
If you’d like to see how these four months would look for you, the next step is small: a free call with me, up to 30 minutes. You tell me about your days; I tell you honestly whether it fits.
